Working introduction:

Wastewater from the production workshop is regularly discharged into the wastewater tank. The wastewater tank

is equipment with aeration tube to provide compressed air ( the air compressed machine is offered by buyer self)

which makes the wastewater to be evenly. And the wastewater tank is also equipped with liquid level meter which

is used to control the wastewater pump, when the liquid level is low, the pump stop and when the level is high, the

pump start to deliver the wastewater to the reaction tank. First H2SO4 is added into the reaction tank to make the

PH of the water to be 7.5-8.5. And then coagulant PAC is added into the reaction tank, by the mixing of the mixer, the

impurities can be strongly absorbed and form to be agglomerate granules. These kinds of agglomerate granules

absorbs again other impurities in the wastewater, so going on, the agglomerate granules become bigger and

bigger. In order to further enhance the effect of agglomerate, little mount aid flocculant PAM should be added into

the reaction tank so that the agglomerate will become much larger, and then the impurities are separated from the

water. The following is the solid impurities and the water is together discharged into the inclined sinking tank. In

the inclined sinking tank, the solid impurities mainly sludge is discharged into the sludge box regularly time and

the comparative clean water flows into the middle water box. The middle water tank is also equipped with liquid

level meter, when the water level is low, the pump stops and the water level is high the pump start to delivers the

water to the sand filter tower so go on to the activated absorption tower and then get clean water to discharge or

reuse. However if the water level is clean enough to achieve the environment standard to discharge or reuse after

the middle water tank, it is no need the process of both sand filter tower and activated carbon absorption tower.

For the sludge after the sludge box, it is delivered to the pressing filter machine to remove the water in it to get the

comparative dry sludge and the water is delivered to the wastewater to recycle again.
